MaCSys Solutions Limited was founded by professionals who have spent decades working with businesses across industries. Across every industry they worked in, they encountered the same problems.
Our Story
Sales are growing but profit is shrinking. Every month the books are closed but nobody can authenticate the figures. One key person exits and suddenly the business unit becomes sick. These are just some of the situations businesses find themselves in.
In most of these situations, it is not always clear what is actually causing the issues. Because of this, businesses often end up solving the wrong problem, and the actual issue continues to exist. The same issues appear repeatedly. No SOPs, no clear policies, lack of transparency, every team doing things differently.
This works as long as the business stays small and is managed directly by the founders. Growing without structure creates its own problems. So does expanding into a new location without the right foundations in place.
Businesses also find themselves in difficult situations with contractors and clients. Disputes that could have been contained become expensive and prolonged. In many cases, businesses end up receiving less than they should have, or nothing at all, simply because the dispute was not handled well from the start.
Over the years, the team kept seeing the same problems and helping businesses work through them. At some point, it became clear that many businesses were dealing with these issues without anyone to help them see the full picture. MaCSys was built to do exactly that.
Our Team
The MaCSys team brings together alumni of IIMA, IIMB, and IIMC, and a Chartered Accountant. Over 100 years of combined professional experience across the end-to-end functioning of a business.
Over forty years of leadership across Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Logistics has given Unnikrishnan a full understanding of how complex organisations operate. He has served as Head of Organisation, Profit Centre Head, and Chairman of Planning and Budgetary Control.
In each role, he took on organisations in difficulty and rebuilt them. His work spans operations management, project execution and delivery, financial planning and cost control, marketing and business development, and contract administration, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
He brings to the firm decades of experience building SOPs, HR policies, accounting manuals, and management systems that most growing businesses need but rarely have in place.
Over forty years as a Chartered Accountant has given Joseph a precise understanding of where most businesses are financially exposed and what it takes to fix it. He has spent his career helping organisations strengthen how they manage their books, meet regulatory requirements, and build financial systems that support critical business decisions.
His work spans internal audit, statutory audit, and compliance audit, alongside structuring accounting practices, building internal controls, and putting in place financial systems that give businesses an accurate picture of where they stand.
At MaCSys, he works with businesses that need to understand their true financial position, strengthen their controls, or prepare for audits.

A Computer Science graduate from NIT Calicut and MBA from IIM Calcutta, Haritha specialises in understanding how businesses actually operate, identifying where the problems are, and recommending solutions that are both practical and realistic to implement.
She is particularly skilled at bringing the right people together, cutting through the usual friction between teams, and making sure solutions actually get implemented rather than just recommended. Most problems in a business do not exist on their own. They are usually connected to how other parts of the business are run. These connections often go unaddressed, and that is what Haritha looks for.
Before joining MaCSys, Haritha spent several years at Amazon and Micro Focus, owning cross-functional products across tax compliance and retail operations, working with business, engineering, compliance, and operations teams in multiple geographies.
